2. Personal data we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, work email, organization, optional phone number, product or service interest, message and acknowledgement that you read this notice. Cloudflare may process technical data such as an IP address and browser or device signals to protect the form.
3. Purposes of processing
We process this information to evaluate and respond to your request, identify an appropriate product or consulting scope, manage the request, protect the website and establish, exercise or defend legal rights where necessary. This form does not collect marketing consent.
4. Collection and legal basis
Personal data is collected electronically through the contact form or direct email. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment or protection of legal rights, and the legitimate interests of İKAN-HR provided that your fundamental rights are not adversely affected.
5. Recipients and service providers
Your request is shared only where necessary with the authorized İKAN-HR founding team and relevant personnel. Cloudflare and email service providers may process data to provide hosting, security and message-delivery services. Form content is not written to a separate customer database; it is delivered to İKAN-HR’s verified contact address as email.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and email providers may process data through global infrastructure outside Türkiye. Where an international transfer occurs, İKAN-HR relies on the applicable safeguard provided under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and related secondary legislation.
7. Retention and deletion
Contact requests and related email records are kept for no longer than two years from the last communication. If a contractual or legal relationship begins, relevant records may be retained for the statutory limitation and retention periods that apply. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Notice and security record
To demonstrate that this notice was presented and to trace the request securely, the email record includes the server timestamp, a unique reference number, notice version, acknowledgement and Cloudflare request identifier. İKAN-HR does not separately store the form submitter’s IP address in a customer or consent database. Cloudflare security records remain subject to its technical retention rules.
